It starts early; is typically a full-on day and then head home early evening, where I can reflect and have my thinking time. Thankfully our directors, managers and staff, have the same work ethic, which is why we consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients. And that for me, is the key word, Clients. Everything we do has our existing and prospective client at the forefront. Each process, client contact and calculation is driven by adding and maximising value, using our experts in both R&D and CA’s, ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to returning tax benefits. Our passion for knowledge and application of the latest legislation, allows us to lead our clients with confidence at every step of the process. We can easily be judged on our results, however, as important, is the client experience on their journey through the complex world of specialist tax relief. We have a real ‘can do’ attitude, with everyone able to contribute ideas and use their strengths each day. We support this with continual development through internal and external training, professional qualifications and inclusion in shaping our business. This excites me and drives me on a daily basis. Knowing that if it can be done better, we will find a way and safe in the knowledge that we are a team, with a common goal; the continual pursuit of excellence. Then of course, I have the weekend to consider what we did well and where we can improve, ready to smash the performance for the coming week, month and quarter.
