Although many clients generally assume that their Accountant or tax advisor would be able to deal with their Capital Allowances claim, in reality many are not trained in assessing building costs and a lot of the claim typically ends up being a desktop invoice review, meaning that important areas may be missed and their total claim is therefore lower.
